Prerrequisitos

  • Responses > All > All

A form in Canned Responses is a collection of templated pages that are used to gather structured information from customers. 

To edit a form, perform the following steps:

  1. Hacer clic Administración.
  2. En Contact Center, haga clic en Canned Responses. 
  3. Click Menu > Digital and Telephony > Orchestration Assets > Canned Responses. 
  4. Haga clic en Bibliotecas.
  5. Buscar o navegar hasta la biblioteca que contiene la respuesta.
  6. Haga clic en la flecha Ver respuestas . Aparece la pestaña Respuestas.
  7. En la columna Acciones situada junto a la respuesta que desea editar, haga clic en Editar respuesta .
  8. Make your changes in the form.
    Note: If a form is assigned to a published Architect Flow, you cannot edit it. If you want to edit those forms, remove the form temporarily from the flow and then edit the form.
  9. Hacer clic Ahorrar.
