Recover deleted performance dashboards
- Analytics > DashboardConfigurations > Restore permission
Genesys Cloud allows you to recover the dashboards that are deleted within the last 30 days from both the Performance Dashboard owners page and the Performance Dashboard summary page. To recover the dashboards owned by active or inactive users, you can select the owner of the dashboard, or drill into the deleted dashboards owned by a user within the organization.
- You can recover only the dashboards within the organization that are deleted within the last 30 days. After 30 days, the deleted dashboards are permanently deleted.
- The recovered dashboards are added to the active dashboards list.
- If the recovery action is going to result in the number of active dashboards being higher than the allowed maximum limit, you cannot recover the selected dashboards. For more information about the limits, see Limits.
To recover a deleted dashboard from the Performance Dashboard summary page:
- Haga clic en Rendimiento > Espacio de trabajo > Cuadros de mando > Cuadros de mando. Aparecerá la página de resumen del Panel de Rendimiento.
- Click the Active dashboards drop-down menu.
- From the drop-down, select Delete dashboards.
- Click the more icon corresponding to the dashboard to be recovered and click Recover.
To recover a deleted dashboard within an organization from the Dashboard owners page:
- Click Performance > Workspace > Dashboards > Dashboard Owners. The page lists the dashboards created by users in an organization.
- Click the Active dashboards drop-down menu.
- From the drop-down, select Delete dashboards.
- Select the required dashboard owner.
- Click Recover dashboard(s).
To recover a deleted dashboard within an organization from the Dashboard Owners detail page:
- Click Performance > Workspace > Dashboards > Dashboard Owners. The page lists the dashboards created by users in an organization.
- Click the Active dashboards drop-down menu.
- From the drop-down, select Delete dashboards.
- Click the required dashboard owner name.
You are directed to the Performance Dashboard owners detail page. - Select the required dashboard or dashboards.
- Click Recover dashboard(s).
