Descargar registros DNC

  1. Hacer clic Administración.
  2. En Marcación saliente, haga clic en Administración de listas.
  3. Haga clic en Menú > Digital y telefonía > Salida > Gestión de listas.
  4. Haga clic en el Listas de no contacto pestaña.
  5. Haga clic en un enlace en el Nombre columna correspondiente a la lista que desea descargar. 
  6. In the properties view, click Export. The system displays a wait indicator while it prepares the download file. When the file is ready, a link titled “Click here to download” replaces the Export waiting indicator.
  7. Click Click here to download. The system sends the file to your browser’s download folder. The file name is a system-generated prefix, followed by the DNC list name. For example: 0f3831a0-4963-41d7-b4ab-507a0f6cd0dc-DHAgentlessDNC.csv. 
    Note: To reselect records to download, click Re-export.

Notas:
  • For best results, use a spreadsheet to manage file contents. However, since the format of .csv is plain text, you can use a plain text editor to edit it. Exported DNC lists include an expiration DateTime column displaying the current values, and a column including the DateTime when the value was last modified. 
  • Cuando exporta un archivo con un tipo de lista DNC Interna - Personalizada, el archivo exportado contiene una columna CustomExclusionColumnEntries, que enumera los valores que se utilizan para comparar con el valor de la columna de exclusión personalizada de la lista de contactos, para un contacto. Si hay coincidencia, se bloquea el contacto.
