Custom Calculations overview
Genesys Cloud allows administrators and supervisors to define custom formulas and column headers to calculate their business’s core metrics in the performance views using all the available columns on the relevant view. The administrators and supervisors can share the custom formulas and the column headers among other users and teams to get a more customized reporting experience.
The administrators and supervisors can also save the custom columns in the performance views and export them. For more information about export, see Export view data. The analytics users can only view the custom formulas and cannot create, edit, or delete them. The analytics users with the required permissions can share the custom formulas with other users or teams in the division. The supported formula operations are:
- Addition
- Subtraction
- Multiplication
- División
- Static Values
- Parenthesis
- The number of formula operations is limited to 10.
- Parenthesis is not counted against the supported operations limit.
- A user is allowed to display up to 20 custom columns in their view.
