New adherence widget in agent overview screen

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will add a new adherence widget to the agent overview screen. This update allows agents to view their own adherence for the current day and previous days, including scheduled activities, actual activities, and any exceptions. Previously, agents could not view their adherence directly and had to rely on supervisors to run reports, export data, and share the results manually.

With this enhancement, agents can monitor their own adherence and compare it to their daily targets, helping them stay informed and make timely adjustments to improve performance. This change also reduces the administrative effort for supervisors by removing the need to distribute adherence information manually.
