Improved email UI from the Admin menu

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will roll out a refreshed email admininistrator user interface designed to improve usability and streamline navigation for administrators. This update follows the original announcement made last year, and is now ready for release in the coming weeks. We’ll update this post with the general availability (GA) date once it’s confirmed. Previously, all email-related configuration options were displayed on a single, densely packed screen. In the new design, these options are organized into clearly labeled tabs, making it easier for administrators to find and manage settings. The Domains and Email Addresses dashboard screens have also been reorganized for improved clarity.

While this update does not introduce new functionality or impact agent-facing views, the interface improvements are aimed at making everyday administrative tasks more efficient and intuitive. By aligning with modern UI standards, this refresh ensures a more consistent experience across the Genesys Cloud platform.
