In a future release, Genesys Cloud will enhance event card editing and visualization to make journey analysis more efficient and intuitive. Previously, modifying and analyzing event cards in the Journey Canvas required multiple steps. Users often had to recreate large portions of a query to make adjustments, and event card titles were limited in length. With this update, users can:

• Quickly edit and update event cards.
• See more details at a glance with expanded event card titles (from 13 to 48 characters) for better readability.
• Easily drill down into event details with a new tooltip displaying applied attribute filters.
• Auto-create time series charts directly from event cards, pre-populated with event details, reducing setup time.

These enhancements improve the experience for both journey creators who must refine event sequences, and read-only users who must quickly understand complex journeys without prior context. By reducing clicks and increasing visibility, this update ensures that users can efficiently construct, review, and modify journeys. Specific changes include:

• The event title is inside the card and visibility is restricted to one line.
• Counts at the bottom of the card include text.
• The filter icon includes an orange dot that indicates that the filter was applied.
• The event title moved outside the card, and can be written on two lines.
• Counts moved to the top line with an icon.
• A chart icon is included to indicate that charts are available for the event.
• The filter icon only appears if the filter is applied.
