Edit Access Policies

You cannot edit the attributes of Genesys Cloud designed policy templates from the Templates tab and save the changes in the same policy name. However, you can edit the template, modify the template attributes, and save it as a new policy.

To edit access policies created for your organization, do the following:

1. Hacer clic Administración.
2. Under People & Permissions, click Access Policies. The list of policies appears.
3. You can edit a particular policy by using one of the following methods:
   • In the Policies tab, navigate to the policy that you want to edit and click its name in the Name column. The policy details form appears. Edit the policy and click Save.
   • From the access policies list, navigate to the policy you want to edit. Under the Actions column, click More  and from the menu that appears, click Edit. The policy details form appears. Edit the policy and click Save.
