Assign a summary configuration to an Agent Copilot

Before you can assign an AI Studio summary configuration to an Agent Copilot, you must first add it in the AI Studio view. For more information, see Add and manage an AI Studio summary.

Note: The transcript must be in plain text and the conversation’s internal participants and external participants must match identically and separated on individual lines to the summary configuration’s Internal Participant and External Participant.
  1. Hacer clic Administración.
  2. En Contact Center, haga clic en Agent Copilots.
  3. Search for or navigate to the preferred Agent Copilot and click to open it. The copilot you selected opens to the Settings tab.
  4. Under After call work settings > Summary configuration, create a new summary configuration or select an existing one:
    • To create a new summary configuration, click the open button to open AI Studio in a new tab, and then add your summary configuration.
    • To use an existing summary configuration, select it from the list.
  5. Haga clic en Guardar Copilot.
