In a future release, Genesys Cloud will relocate the Scheduled Exports panel from the Inbox to the Scheduled Exports view under Performance Workspaces.

Previously, users accessed information about expired and expiring scheduled exports through the Inbox, which also handled a variety of unrelated notifications.

With this change, export management will now reside in a dedicated area designed specifically for performance data, making it easier for users to find and manage scheduled exports. All existing export jobs will continue to run as configured, and no changes to permissions or behavior are being introduced. Direct downloads of individual export runs will also become available in the new view, adding convenience that was not previously supported.

This update is part of the broader Inbox decomposition initiative, which aims to reduce the complexity and load time of the Inbox by moving feature-specific tasks to more suitable locations in the UI. As a result, users can expect a cleaner interface, improved performance, and a more streamlined workflow when handling scheduled exports.

Note: Existing bookmarks or links pointing to the old Inbox view will no longer work after this update. Users should begin transitioning to the new Scheduled Exports location within the Performance Workspaces section.
