In a future release, Genesys Cloud will provide a detailed throughput performance report for predictive routing queues. This update allows administrators to view the number of interactions processed and the performance benefit per KPI type for a selected time period. Previously, administrators had to manually collect and analyze throughput data to evaluate predictive routing effectiveness and adjust timeout settings. With this new report, they can monitor performance directly within the queue details view and assess the overall throughput across all predictive routing-enabled queues. This improvement helps administrators better understand how predictive routing performs in real time and make more informed configuration decisions.
