Deprecation: Analytics Transcripts Query Endpoint API

On the announcement date, Genesys will begin deprecation of the /api/v2/analytics/conversations/transcripts/query endpoint to improve platform efficiency. On the effective date, Genesys will remove the /api/v2/analytics/conversations/transcripts/query endpoint.

This deprecation affects the customers who use this API endpoint. Because removal of the /api/v2/analytics/conversations/transcripts/query endpoint is a breaking API change, any customer who uses this endpoint will experience failures after deprecation is complete.

What do I need to do before the deprecation date? 

You must follow these steps:

• Identify all uses of the /api/v2/analytics/conversations/transcripts/query endpoint in their CI/CD workflows.
• Migrate to the supported alternative API: /api/v2/speechandtextanalytics/transcripts/search.
• Validate and test the updated workflows before the final deprecation date.
