Why am I not receiving release note subscription emails?

If you’re not receiving release note subscription emails, try the following steps:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder – Look for an email with the subject line “Genesys Cloud release notes for .” If found, move it to your inbox and mark it as “Not Junk.”
  2. Add Genesys to your email allow list – Make sure the sender address NA@email.genesys.com is added to your email account’s allow or safe sender list.
  3. Resubscribe if needed – If you still don’t receive the emails, try resubscribing to the release notes. To stay on the distribution list, be sure to open each release note email when you receive it.
