Why am I not receiving release note subscription emails?
If you’re not receiving release note subscription emails, try the following steps:
- Check your spam or junk folder – Look for an email with the subject line “Genesys Cloud release notes for .” If found, move it to your inbox and mark it as “Not Junk.”
- Add Genesys to your email allow list – Make sure the sender address NA@email.genesys.com is added to your email account’s allow or safe sender list.
- Resubscribe if needed – If you still don’t receive the emails, try resubscribing to the release notes. To stay on the distribution list, be sure to open each release note email when you receive it.
