In a future release, Genesys will restore SMS messaging to Iran by partnering with alternative vendors.

Due to regulatory changes, the current Genesys vendor stopped supporting text messaging to Iran, which temporarily disrupted this capability. Genesys understands the impact this may have had and are working to re-enable SMS messaging as soon as possible.
